Since opening its doors in December 2002, the ReStore has enjoyed overwhelming support from Quad City shoppers, donors and volunteers. In this relatively short period of time, store sales have diverted over 1,320 tons of usable building materials from area landfills. Additionally, the store has begun transferring funds to Habitat for Humanity-Quad Cities to help fund its home construction in our community.
Helping to create decent, affordable housing and diverting useable waste are what the Habitat ReStore is all about! |

Got Appliances???
The ReStore is now accepting limited donations of high quality, newer appliances.
Ranges (gas & electric), refrigerators, freezers, washers & dryers (gas & electric) are welcome if they are:
- clean and in working order
- in near-new condition
Appliances can be dropped off during store hours, or call the store for pickup information. Your donation helps increase the support provided to Habitat for Humanity-Quad Cities. As with all donations, receipts are provided for tax purposes. |

Habitat ReStore partners with EARTHWORKS for its cell phone recycling program. EARTHWORKS is a non-profit organization, dedicated to raising consumer awareness of how products, their source and their use impact our lives and the environment. Cell phones are refurbished, reused or recycled in accordance with the principles of the Electronic Recycler’s Pledge of Stewardship, demonstrating a commitment to protecting our environment, safeguarding public health and minimizing waste.
